Since September 2009,
Advances research techniques and fosters professional minds
Aims to be World-Class Research-Oriented University
Department of Brain and Cognitive Engineering started its first semester in September, 2009 in pursuance of advancing research and fostering professional human resources in Brain Science, followed by the project approval of World Class University (‘WCU’) in December, 2008 by the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology of Korea
Under its motto ‘Healthy Brain’ the Department has recruited and trained excellent and brilliant students who are equipped with know-how and creative thinking in Brain Science. Through outstanding domestic and international research collaborations, we aim at entering in Top 10 world-class level in the field of Brain Science after 2020.
